He will be assisted in his duties by two other members of EKIP.

Serge Valadou, chairman and CEO of Panem, is responsible for internal organisation, while Patrice Jacquelin, chairman and CEO of Sasa Industrie, is in charge of PR and media relations.

Jean-Louis Perret will continue to sit on the board of directors as honorary president, with the role of encouraging partnerships with other professional organisations.

This new structure will improve EKIP’s organisation and allow it to look to the future with confidence.

Europain  and the Salon National de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie remain the owners of EKIP.
