countries, mostly within Europe.

International monitoring

Every year, EKIP’s Export Commission draws up a programme of actions to be
taken in priority countries.

Market reports

EKIP commissions market reports from Ubifrance (the French agency for
international business development) on the countries it targets for export.
The reports are available to all EKIP members.
The reports are produced with the support of the Business Missions in each country.

Monitoring of training

Partnerships are established with bakery schools who want to transmit French knowhow
to their students: future bakers and confectioners who are convinced of the
added value that French products bring to their customers.
