The work of the Technical and Standards Commission

The Commission’s work focuses on two main areas:
1) Equipment hygiene
2) Equipment safety.
The background: in France, the cost of accidents in the workplace amounts to 21
million euros, and in the bakery, confectionery and catering industries, 11% of
employees have been victims of accidents at work, of which 9% are awarded
compensation.
